    Questions

Do I need to book, or can I walk in?

Walk-ins are welcome during opening hours, but booking means the vet is ready for you and you wait less.

    How do I pay?

At the clinic, with MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or cash. Nothing is charged online.

    What should I bring?

Your pet's vaccination card or previous records if you have them, and a lead or carrier.

    Can photos replace a visit?

Photos help the vet give a first opinion and decide how urgent it is. Many problems still need a proper check in person.

    What if it's an emergency?

Call the vet straight away on +250 788 219 099 rather than booking online.
